Which speed should I choose?
For most AMD Ryzen 7000/9000 and Intel Core 12th–14th gen and Core Ultra systems, a 32GB (2 × 16GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 kit is the best balance of price and performance. Faster kits such as DDR5-7600 or 8000 need a motherboard and CPU that support them, so check your motherboard's memory support list first.
