Enhanced Wireless
The CREATIVE BT-W6 Wireless Transmitter adds Bluetooth wireless connectivity, so you can enjoy premium audio with the convenience of no wiring. This plug-and-play dongle harnesses Snapdragon Sound technology, allowing you to pair devices over either Bluetooth Low Energy (LE) Audio or Bluetooth 5.4. The dongle itself utilises a USB-C connector. As a result, the CREATIVE BT-W6 Wireless Transmitter is widely compatible with PC, Mac, and consoles, enhancing your experience whatever your platform may be.
What’s more, the CREATIVE BT-W6 Wireless Transmitter supports GMAP, a gaming audio profile that has latency as low as ~20ms. In addition to this, you can choose to stream in Unicast or Broadcast modes. Unicast pairs with a single device via an LC3 codec to deliver high-definition audio. Broadcast Mode allows you to stream to multiple compatible devices at once from a single audio source.
Premium Audio
The CREATIVE BT-W6 Wireless Transmitter supports aptX Lossless, aptX Adaptive, aptX HD, aptX, and SBC codecs. As a result, you can enjoy pristine sound reproduction if your headphones also utilise any of these technologies. This dongle streams high-res audio with up to 24-bit 96kHz playback, ensuring rich soundscapes every time you press play.
In addition to this, the CREATIVE BT-W6 Wireless Transmitter will automatically detect microphone input. This means you can effortlessly jump onto a conference call or join a voice chat.
Customise
The CREATIVE BT-W6 Wireless Transmitter is fully supported by the Creative app. This interface grants access to audio settings, allowing you to switch codecs, adjust EQs, and access Sound Blaster technologies for enhanced listening your way.

Product Returns Note
Buykingston offers a simple, hassle-free returns policy. If for whatever
reason you are not happy with the item purchased, you can return it to us

How do I go about returning my order?
Please contact us
via our contact page with your order number. We will provide you with an RMA
number and return instructions, including your return deadline and whether a
freepost label applies to your order.
Do I need to contact you before returning my order?
Yes, to obtain an RMA number before sending anything back.
Does my item have to include its original packaging?
Yes, to qualify for our 14 day money-back guarantee. For faulty items, we
understand you may no longer have the original packaging.
Who pays for return postage?
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we cover reasonable
return postage, or provide a freepost label where available. If you are
returning an item for another reason (including simply changing your mind),
you are responsible for return postage unless we have expressly confirmed a
freepost label in your RMA email — we recommend using a tracked and
insured service for items of significant value.
Who deals with the warranty on a faulty item?
We will. In some circumstances we may ask you to contact the manufacturer
directly for assistance.
