NebulaFlex – simply manage it your way!
The GS1915 Series supports NebulaFlex technology which provides extended flexibility for users to easily switch network management modes between standalone and our license-free Nebula cloud management platform. Nebula control center provides single pane of glass for Zyxel products; the local web GUI accesses the full feature set and all configuration options of your switch from the very first release.
The Nebula ecosystem
Nebula supports a comprehensive range of products from switches, access points, security firewalls, to 5G/LTE mobile routers, bringing you an easy and unified network experience. The Nebula APP allows to onboard devices and glance at real time network status easily. You also can reboot the abnormal AP/IP CAM by power cycle, or even block clients with unusual traffic remotely even when you are away.
Compact size, silent operation
The GS1915 Series comes with desktop dimensions, fanless design, and smart fan design (GS1915-24EP only). These slim and near-silent switches can perfectly blend into any working environment without intrusive fan noises.
Intelligence to power more devices
All PoE ports of GS1915-8EP and GS1915-24EP support IEEE 802.3at for maximum deployment of modern PoE devices. Each port provides up to 30 W with a total of 60 W and 130 W power budget, ideal for setups that just needs a few more APs and cameras for a small business. Both PoE models feature a default PoE consumption mode that delivers the actual power required by your networked devices, reserves the rest to optimize its power budget, allowing the switch to power more devices, and ensures a better ROI for your business.

Estimated delivery times are taken from the next available working day available for delivery. For example if an order was despatched on a working Wednesday by 3pm, the first available working day for delivery would be Thursday provided you placed your order by 3pm on the Wednesday. If the next available weekday is a UK bank holiday/public holiday then your order will be despatched on the next available working day.

What is your returns criteria?

How do I go about returning my order?
Please contact us
via our contact page with your order number. We will provide you with an RMA
number and return instructions, including your return deadline and whether a
freepost label applies to your order.
Do I need to contact you before returning my order?
Yes, to obtain an RMA number before sending anything back.
Does my item have to include its original packaging?
Yes, to qualify for our 14 day money-back guarantee. For faulty items, we
understand you may no longer have the original packaging.
Who pays for return postage?
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we cover reasonable
return postage, or provide a freepost label where available. If you are
returning an item for another reason (including simply changing your mind),
you are responsible for return postage unless we have expressly confirmed a
freepost label in your RMA email — we recommend using a tracked and
insured service for items of significant value.
Who deals with the warranty on a faulty item?
We will. In some circumstances we may ask you to contact the manufacturer
directly for assistance.
